3PL Inc. is committed to meeting the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 and the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation. We are committed to identifying, removing, and preventing barriers so that people with disabilities can participate fully in our services and in the workplaces where our employees are placed.
We provide our services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities, and we work with each person to find the approach that meets their needs.

Multi-Year Accessibility Plan, 2026 to 2030
The steps 3PL Inc. is taking to identify, prevent, and remove accessibility barriers across the plan period. Progress is reviewed each December, with a formal review no later than September 2030.

A form for telling us what worked, what did not, and what would make it better. You do not have to use the form, and you do not have to give your name.

Accessibility Compliance Report, 2026
Our accessibility compliance report as filed with the Ministry for Seniors and Accessibility, recording compliance with the applicable accessibility standards under the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation.

We record your request or feedback on the day we receive it. If you have given us your contact details, we acknowledge it within two business days and give you a full response within fifteen business days. If a matter takes longer to resolve, we will tell you that, explain why, and give you an expected date. No one will be treated unfavourably for giving feedback in good faith.
For our employees
If you are an assignment employee of 3PL Inc. and you need an accommodation, please contact us. We will work with you to put an individual accommodation plan in place. Accommodation is available at every stage, including:
- Recruitment, assessment, and the offer of an assignment
- Orientation and training
- Day to day work at a client site
- Return to work following an absence related to a disability

Training
Assignment employees receive AODA and Accessibility Training for Assignment Employees, document 3PL-TRN-AODA-AE, delivered through 3PL Inc. onboarding and acknowledged by signature. Internal employees and management involved in recruitment, administration, accommodation, employee communication, policy development, or management receive training appropriate to their responsibilities.
Training addresses the applicable accessibility standards and the Ontario Human Rights Code as it relates to persons with disabilities. Training records are maintained, including the dates on which training is provided and the number of individuals to whom it is provided.
